  • It is OK to change your mind.  
  • Your products purchased via BeMyEyes Online shop (www.bemyeyes.com.au) can be returned to us within 14 days from original receipt of goods; providing the products must be unopened and in the original conditions. Your proof of purchase must also be included in the return. 
  • All goods will be inspected on return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
  • If there is any promotional gifts were given with your order, you also need to return them in order to process exchange or refund.
  • Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting
  • If you want it replaced for a different size or colour, you will need to place a new order.
  • Failure to meet these conditions could result in an exchange or refund being denied.
  • The value of the products will be refunded but not the freight cost.
  • The Credit Card or PayPal Account to be refunded will be the Credit Card or Account which you ordered with.
